Bill's style is realism focusing on dynamic lighting. Most of his paintings are of lakes, rivers, streams, harbors, and nauticals. He loves painting water in all of its variations, whether it be calm reflection , rapids or anything in between. He often hears comments about his paintings being serene, peaceful, calming and restful. Bill’s work has won several first place awards and best of show last year in the State of Maine Sportsman show in Augusta, Maine. He was also the runner-up in the Maine duck stamp contest last year.
